- Question
- If he will comment on the arrangements for constituents to lobby their honourable Members.
- Answer
-
Mr. Skinner: To ask the Chairman of the Administration Committee if he will make a statement on the arrangements for constituents to lobby their hon. Members. [606] Mr. Michael J. Martin: I am satisfied with the usual arrangement whereby constituents lobby hon. Members in the Central Lobby. The well established arrangements for more constituents than can be immediately accommodated in the Central Lobby to lobby hon. Members are set out in the leaflet "Mass Lobbies". I have asked the Serjeant at Arms to send a copy of the leaflet to my hon. Friend.
