Mr. Charles Kennedy: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to reach a conclusion on Historic Scotland's proposals for car parking and related commercial developments at Castle Urquhart, Inverness-shire; and if he will make a statement. [1591] Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: This is not a matter for my right hon. Friend, as the application is currently before the planning authority, Highland council. I understand that the council is in the process of setting up a working party to meet with Historic Scotland to consider the way forward.
