- If there are any plans to change the statutory HSA4 notification form to make provision for specific notification of rape when this has preceded a legal abortion; to notify all doctors that they should voluntarily put this information on form in order that accurate statistics can be obtained; if there has been a suggestion to doctors that they should provide that info when a pregnancy has been legally terminated following rape; & steps taken to assess no of unreported rapes. - Shall write.
