Ms Walley: To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many haemophiliacs have been infected with hepatitis C. [2761] Mr. Horam: The figure of just over 3,000 for haemophiliacs infected with hepatitis C through blood products which has been quoted by the Haemophilia Society is substantially in line with the Department's own estimates.
