Mr. Allen: To ask the Chairman of the Administration Committee what estimate he has made of the cost of fitting wooden library newspaper holders for daily newspapers in the foyer of 7 Millbank; and if he will make a statement. [2654] Mr. Martin: The item concerned was taken from stock purchased five years ago. Its cost did not exceed £50.
