Mrs. Dunwoody: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he proposes to close the traffic area offices in Manchester and Cardiff. [4116] Mr. Bowis: We plan to complete the closure of the traffic area offices in Manchester and Cardiff by the end of the current financial year.
