Question: If he will break down the number of illegal entrants to the United Kingdom detected in 1995 in respect of (a) nationality, (b) the methods of entry into the United Kingdom stating the numbers in each category, (c) the length of time they had been in the United Kingdom before detection and (d) the manner in which they were detected, stating the numbers in each category. - Information on nationality and category is given in tables which have been placed in the Library as DEP/3 4111. The other information requested is either not available or could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
