Sir John Gorst: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what is the difference between his Department's and local health authorities' definition of a minor accident treatment service unit. [4682] Mr. Horam: There is no national definition. It is for health authorities to plan what services are needed for the treatment of people suffering minor injuries.
