Sir John Gorst: To ask the Secretary of State for Health when he expects to be in a position to sign contracts with the doctors associated with the new casualty department at Edgware general hospital; and how many contracts will be signed. [4687] Mr. Malone: Following its decision on 25 September, Barnet Health authority is currently developing proposals for the casualty service at Edgware.
