- What plans he has to modify the regulations governing the distribution of funds from the mental illness specific grant; what was the amount and percentage of the grant in total and given to head injury projects in each year since 1991-92 to the latest available date; and what are his forecasts of the figures for 1997-98 and 1998-99. - Includes table.
