Mr. Austin Mitchell: To ask the Chairman of the Administration Committee if he will take steps to secure the appointment of an official House photographer [4035] Mr. Michael J. Martin: There are no plans to appoint an official House photographer. Details of the arrangement whereby a Central Office of Information contract photographer is available to hon. Members on request were published in the all-party notices in April last year.
