What trans-shipment licences the Government has granted for electro-shock batons since 1990; if he will list (a) the originating and (b) the recipient countries. - I apologise for not yet replying to the hon. Member. I will give a substantive answer in the new year. (Holding answer 6 November 1996).

Mr. Fatchett: To ask the President of the Board of Trade what trans-shipment licences the Government have granted for electro-shock batons since 1990; if he will list (a) the originating and (b) the recipient countries; and if he will make a statement.
