Question: When he expects to publish the Draft Orders for the Iwade to Queenborough improvement scheme, including the second crossing of the Swale; and what arrangements are being made for a public exhibition. - Inc fact that intend to publish the draft orders for this scheme on 23 January 1997.

Answer: Sir Roger Moate: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects to publish the draft orders for the Iwade to Queenborough improvement scheme, including the second crossing of the Swale; and what arrangements are being made for a public exhibition. [9587] Mr. Watts: We intend to publish the draft orders for this scheme on 23 January 1997. This will be followed as soon as possible by a local public exhibition of the proposals. At the exhibition, officials will be in attendance to explain the proposals and to answer any questions.
