Sir Thomas Arnold: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what progress has been made towards settling the agenda of the intergovernmental conference; and if he will make a statement. [6860] Mr. David Davis: There is no fixed agenda for the Intergovernmental conference. A number of items are specified for examination in the Maastricht treaty. The study group report, and other European decisions and declarations have raised further issues for consideration.
