Mr. Charles Kennedy: To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will make a statement on the progress of the Barmac Nigg site objective 1 application.[36091] Mr. Eggar: I am pleased to say that my hon. Friend the Minister responsible for industry at the Scottish Office announced on 8 July that the objective 1 grant of £3.3 million to the Barmac oil rig at Nigg had been confirmed.
