Mr. Hayes: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what measures he is pursuing to promote crofting in Scotland. [38731] Mr. Robertson: On 10 October my right hon. Friend announced the publication of draft legislation which would give all crofters on his estates a unique opportunity to control their own land.
