Sir Michael Neubert: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what plans she has to secure accelerated payments to qualifying organisations under the European social fund. [2107] Mr. Paice: Payments of claims relating to approved European social fund projects cannot begin until the money arrives from the European Commission. Thereafter payment is made as soon as possible.
