- Lords statement on what has been the outcome of the review conducted into the operation of the Civil Defence (General Local Authority Functions) Regulations 1993 introduced on 1st August 1994. - Following consultation with local authorities, decided not to make any changes to the regulations for time being. Further review will be carried out in two years time.
