- Whether Mr Kani Yilmaz is still held in HMP Belmarsh, or elsewhere; what papers concerning him have been received from the German Federal Republic; and whether HMG consider that a prima facie case for the extradition of Mr Yilmaz has been or will be made, and if not, when will be be released.
