On what basis the Prime Minister said in his announcement in the House of Commons on 18 April 1995 that spending on school books had been increased by 50% over and above inflation since 1979. - Inc figs and fact that figures are set out in Table 5 of DFE Report (Cm 2810) copy in Library.
