What assessment he has made of whether the United Kingdom's purchase of Trident missiles and their auxiliary technological support from the United States of America falls within the affirmation made by the participating states of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe under the principles governing non-proliferation, page 22 of the Budapest Summit declaration of 6th December.
