What amount of GEST funds was available at the original introduction of the National Curriculum; and what amount is available to local education authorities now; and if she will list the amount of GEST funds allocated to each education authority at the original introduction of the national curriculum and for each subsequent year. - Inc figs and fact that information sought for each education authority for each year since 1988-89 could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
