Further to his Answer of 16th December 1994, Official Report, column 1055W, if he will give details of the conditions attached to the licence issued to a farmer on Solway Firth on 15th December 1994 for the killing of barnacle geese. - Inc fact that copy of the licence and guidance notes in the Library (DEP/3 1005).
