- If he will specify the time period within which trusts and prospective trusts can apply to administer the management arrangements for Breast Test Wales; what arrangements he has made to permit trusts and prospective trusts not currently involved in carrying out biopsies for Breast Test Wales to have equal status with Llandough NHS Trust in applying for approval to manage Breast Test Wales; and what criteria he will use in evaluating the bids to manage the service.
