If he has any proposals to amend section 4 of The Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 as recommended by the Safer Ships, Cleaner Seas, Cm. 2560, HMSO, May 1994, para 17.31, p. 265; - Govt expect to issue shortly consultation paper on standards of fish factory ships. (Holding answer 13 February 1995).
