- What were the terms of the communications licences issued by him to the Iraqi-British Interests Group before its recent visit to Baghdad; who were the members of the group; and which firms they represented. - It has been policy of successive Administrations not to comment on individual licensing cases unless public interest outweighs need for confidentiality.
