- (Further to 130 c466W) What account was taken of the recommendations of the Justice Awoniy commission of inquiry into malpractices & wastages in Niger State that Nigeria repudiate the Biwater loan, blacklist the company for 10 years & report it to organisations involved in the UN water decade during the negotiations leading to Nigeria's request for finance to complete the project.
