- What arrangements he has made for meeting councillors and officers of South Glamorgan and Cardiff City Council to discuss the funding arrangements for the Eastern Avenue flyover access directly into the University Hospital of Wales site, Heath, Cardiff. - My officials are continuing discussions with the relevant parties.
