- When the Scottish Office and the National Health Service Management Executive gave final approval to Ayrshire and Arran Health Board to the contract which they have concluded with Irvine Healthcare Limited. - NHS Management Executive wrote to the general manager of Ayrshire and Arran health board on 13 July 1994 giving approval for the contract to be concluded.
