What was the purpose of the meeting held on 31st October 1994 between his Department's officials from the Immigration Service, Ms Arnfield, Ms Hutcheson and Mr McCormack on the one hand and Mr Bernard Crofton and Mr K. Ostler of Hackney's Tenancy Audit Team on the other; and what was the status of Mr Bernard Crofton with Hackney Council and what information on this status was available to the officials concerned.
