- What is the annual cost of the drug testing programme run by the Sports Council. - In 1994-95, the Sports Council's expenditure on doping control was £819,301. In addition, the Sports Councils in Wales, in Scotland and in Northern Ireland spent a total of £87,952 on doping control.
