- Which buildings in the Palace of Westminster were decanted to be refurbished or cabled during the summer recess; if he will place the tender specifications in the Library; what delays there have been in the work contracted; what fines have been levied on the contractors. - Includes fact tender specifications can be made available by Director of Parliamentary Works and that no fines have been levied.
