What assessment he has made of the impact on the delivery of NHS healthcare by the Royal Devon and Exeter Healthcare Trust and the delivery of healthcare in the region generally of the trust's plans to build a private hospital in the grounds of the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital at Heavitree; what representations he received regarding this project; who was responsible for the final approval of the project in his Department; and if he will place a copy of the contract between the trust and the private contractors involved in the Library. - There are no plans to build a private hospital on trust property.
