- What assessment he has made of the (a) pilot bail supervision and accommodation project in Lothian Region, (b) intensive probation project in Falkirk and (c) alcohol education probation project in Edinburgh and Midlothian; and what measures he will be taking to ensure that a greater number of courts in Scotland have community disposals available to sheriffs.
