- Whether HMG agree with Mr Worner, the Secretary General of NATO, that action in the North Atlantic Consultative Council and discussions over the "Partnerships for Peace" "will aid in bringing about the conditions under which the CSCE (Council for Security and Cooperation in Europe) can become the core of an effective pan-European security system".
