- What is HMGovts estimate of amounts spent by parties to conflict in former Yugoslavia since beginning of hostilities to latest convenient date on arms and ammunition. - We have no reliable statistics available about amounts spent by warring factions on arms and ammunition since outbreak of hostilities.
