What is estimate of amount spent by UN and other bodies on humanitarian aid, including transport and related costs for Yugoslavia to present date and what amounts (if any) have been contributed by former Yugoslavian republics; and what is cost to date of UKs contribution to UNs humanitarian aid, including cost of transport and aircraft, and cost of provision of armed forces in support of UNs programmes. - Includes figures, and fact that no figures are available for any funds contributed by former Yugoslav republics.
