- Lords statement on HMGs estimate of the Welsh non-domestic rate poundage for 1995. - The 1995 revaluation has increased overall rateable values in Wales by around 18% The Government propose to reduce the Welsh poundage from 44.8 to 39.0 pence reflecting this.
