What consultations he has had with the governments of Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Botswana, Canada, Dominica, Gambia, Grenada, Guyana, Kiribati, Lesotho, the Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Namibia, Nauru, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia, the Seychelles, Sierra Leone, the Solomon Islands, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Western Samoa, Zambia and Zimbabwe on changing the status of their citizens with regard to entering the United Kingdom.
