- What progress there has been in the construction of an International Peto Institute in Budapest; when she expects building work to begin; when Her Majesty's Government's obligation to help fund this project will expire; and what assessment she has made of whether the funding pledged by Her Majesty's Government to this project could be more effectively spent in creating an equivalent facility in the United Kingdom.
