- If he will ensure that Barnsley/Doncaster TEC use their reserves to further local business; if he will publish a breakdown of the current unused reserves of the Barnsley/Doncaster TEC; how many training programmes are currently being undertaken; and how many employers are providing places for the unemployed within the Barnsley/Doncaster TEC area.
