If he will list, for each of the 12 schools listed in his announcement of 28th February, and for each sponsor's contribution, how much of the value is in the form of (a) cash, (b) goods and (c) services; and whether the value of each of (b) and (c) is based on (i) the retail or normal commercial value and (ii) the cost to the sponsor. - Inc table.
