How many long leaseholders in flats have to date exercised their right to collective enfranchisement contained in Part I of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (a) up to the stage of serving a notice of their claim to exercise the right and (b) to the completion of the acquisition. - Includes fact that information is not available.
