- When the (a) 5.8 per cent. national insurance rebate and (b) 2 per cent. additional national insurance incentive for 1991-92 will be fully paid for everyone who makes a claim before the end of the current financial year; and when he anticipates the (i) rebates and (ii) incentives for 1992-93 will start to be paid & what is latest payment period for which rebate & incentive have been paid to any contributors opting-out of SERPS & into a personal pension.
