- What is the policy of the Compensation Recovery Unit in respect of the repayment of benefits by those who have paid appropriate national insurance contributions if they win damages arising out of an industrial disease, medical neglicence, road traffic accident or industrial injury; and whether the Compensation Recovery Unit will require those who have not paid appropriate national insurance contributions to pay back income support if they win damages arising out of industrial disease, medical negligence, road traffic accident or industrial injury.
