What percentage of carers receive the carers' invalidity benefit in (a) the parliamentary constituency of Greenock and Port Glasgow, (b) Strathclyde and (c) Scotland as a whole; how many carers (a) receive and (b) do not receive the invalid care allowance in (i) the parliamentary constituency of Greenock and Port Glasgow, (ii) Strathclyde and (iii) Scotland as a whole. - Info not readily available and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
