Answer: Mr. Khabra: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if she will give the Government's estimate of the extra administrative cost to Ealing council and each of the relevant schools within the borough boundary of administering the proposed nursery voucher scheme. [9384] Mr. Robin Squire: An agency will administer the issue and redemption of nursery education vouchers. We are working with the voucher agency in phase one to ensure that the burdens on schools and local authorities are kept to a minimum.
