- If Northern Ireland students are free to accept offers of places for courses in universities in Great Britain if similar courses are available in universities in (a) Northern Ireland or (b) the Republic of Ireland; and if grants are available to Northern Ireland students enrolled in university courses in Great Britain if similar courses are available in (a) Northern Ireland or (b) the Republic of Ireland.
