- What advice he has given Post Office Counters Ltd. on whether it is bound by the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 to ensure that where a main office's work is franchised to a private retail outlet its former employees working for the franchisee should enjoy the same pay and conditions as hitherto. - This is an operational matter for the Post Office.
