- If he will estimate the total reduction in costs of fatal and serious accident casualties in each year since 1986 at the 1993 values used in the Table C.I of the eighteenth report of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution; and if he will give the cumulative total; and to estimate effect on fatal and serious injuries of national road programme spending. - Will write.
